Factory warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures, but certain things are intentionally excluded-mainly wear-and-tear items and user-caused damage. For example, routine maintenance parts like brake pads, wiper blades, and air filters naturally wear out and are your responsibility. Damage from accidents, neglect, or modifications also isn't covered.

This is completely normal across the automotive industry and makes sense: warranty protects you from unexpected factory problems, not from normal use or care. That's where an extended protection plan comes in-it can bridge those gaps and cover things like wear items or accidental damage, depending on which plan you choose.

To understand the full scope of what's excluded from your vehicle's warranty and how extended coverage could help, **call (708) 422-9300**. Our team can clarify the details clearly and suggest protection options if you'd like extra coverage.
